Preparatıon of Abstracts

  • ·    You can participate in the forum with oral and poster presentations.

    ·    Participants are required to submit their papers via electronic mail. The official e-mail address for submissions is: anisf@akdeniz.edu.tr.

    ·    A sample abstract Word file has been prepared within the scope of spelling rules. You can prepare your abstracts by taking this file into consideration.

    ·    The working languages of ANISF are Turkish and English. Participants can make their presentations in Turkish or English.

    ·    Papers to be presented at ANISF must not have been previously published or presented at any other event.

    ·    Participants have the right to submit a maximum of 2 papers alone or with co-authors. Papers outside this rule will be rejected.

    ·    All information about the ANISF Science Forum will be made through your membership information in the registration system. For this reason, it is important to enter all the information of the authors (name, surname, e-mail address, institution, telephone and other contact information) into the information panel via the registration system.

    ·    The posters should be 50x70 cm in size and the abstract should include introduction, objective, method, results and conclusions. All posters should have the title of the study at the top of the poster, and the authors' names, surnames and institutional information underneath.

    ·    Presented papers and posters will be announced on the forum website after the science forum, and a book of abstracts will be sent as "PDF" to all participants who made presentations. All participants are required to act in accordance with the relevant scientific programme and make their presentations. Papers and posters not presented at the forum will not be included in the abstract book.

    ·    The papers and posters accepted in the Science Forum will be uploaded to the journal by subscribing from the journal websites of the international refereed journals announced on our website, and the relevant publication will be published in the relevant issues as a result of the evaluation of the relevant field editors and referees. The authority in this regard unilaterally belongs to the editors and management of the journal.

     

    NOTE: Dear participants, it is required that the studies submitted to the Science Forum must not have been previously presented and published in another congress. It is the responsibility of the participants to obtain the approval of the supervisor in the studies produced from theses and to include the name of the relevant supervisor in the paper. In this regard, all participants are responsible for the works they have sent. All liability for legal and other problems that may arise belongs to the author who uploaded the publication and study to the system. The ANISF Science Forum reserves all legal and other rights in the event of such unfavourable circumstances.
