CALL FOR THE ANTALYA INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE FORUM
"Climate Change at the Epicenter of Multiple Crises: From Local to Global"
OCTOBER 14-16, 2026
Climate change is situated at the center of multiple interconnected crises, progressing through mutual interactions with disasters, migration, food, water, and energy security, inequalities, and governance challenges. While this process exerts increasing pressure on existing policy instruments and administrative capacities, it renders the local level the initial point of contact with risks and the primary arena for implementation.
The Antalya International Science Forum (ANISF 2026) aims to address climate change from the perspective of multiple crises, facilitating a joint discussion of global structural issues alongside locally developed policies, practices, and adaptation strategies. Interdisciplinary studies, comparative analyses, and papers based on field research from diverse geographical regions are particularly encouraged.
